Should I book in advance?

Yes, we highly recommend booking in advance. As an on-demand service, a prior reservation guarantees that a vehicle will be available for you upon your arrival or departure. This helps you avoid any potential stress or delays after a long journey.

Where do you pick-up from and where do you transport to?

We provide transfers from all major Paris airports (Roissy Charles de Gaulle, Orly, Beauvais, Le Bourget) and any hotel or address in the Paris region. We also offer transport to and from all Parisian train stations. Furthermore, we can take you to popular tourist destinations such as Disneyland Paris, the Palace of Versailles, and more. For any destination not listed on our Rates page, please contact us for a custom quote.

How can I contact you when I am at the airport?

You can call our main office line at +33 7 64 62 61 94 at any time for assistance. Your driver will also have your contact details and will often reach out to you directly.

What services do you offer for children?

The safety and comfort of our youngest passengers are a priority. We provide booster seats and baby seats free of charge upon request. Please mention this in the comments section when making your booking.

My flight is delayed what do I do?

There is no need to worry. We monitor all incoming flights, and your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly. If you experience a significant delay or a flight change, please contact us at +33 7 64 62 61 94 as soon as possible. In most cases, your driver will be waiting for you upon your arrival.

How can I make payment / tips?

Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of your transfer. An advance payment is not required for booking. Tipping is not mandatory, but if you are satisfied with the service, a tip is always appreciated by our drivers.

How far in advance can I change/cancel my reservation?

All cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time to avoid any fees.

Do you charge for luggage?

No, there are no extra charges for luggage. We ask that you provide an accurate count of your bags when booking so we can ensure the appropriate vehicle is assigned for your comfort.

Where do I find the chauffeur?

Your driver will be waiting for you at the customs exit of your arrivals terminal, holding a sign with your name on it for easy identification.

How long will it take to get to my hotel?

From Roissy Charles de Gaulle (CDG) airport, the journey to central Paris typically takes between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and the location of your destination.

Will the shuttle take me directly to my terminal/To my hotel?

Yes, we provide a private, door-to-door transfer service. You will be taken directly from your pickup point to the destination you provided in the reservation form without any stops.

Are the passengers insured?

Yes, all passengers are fully insured during their journey with us.
