1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a transfer with Easy Paris Transfers ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services provided by us. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not make a booking.

2. Booking and Confirmation

2.1. Booking Process: Bookings can be made through the booking form on our website. You are responsible for providing accurate information, including passenger names, contact details, flight/train numbers, and pickup/drop-off addresses.

2.2. Confirmation: A booking is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation email from us. The estimated price provided on our website is based on the information you provide and will be confirmed in this email.

2.3. Accuracy of Information: It is your responsibility to check the details of your booking confirmation and inform us immediately of any errors. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Pricing: Our prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are fixed based on the locations and number of passengers provided at the time of booking. The price includes all taxes, tolls, and fees unless otherwise stated.

3.2. Surcharges: An additional charge of €5 per child under 10 will be applied. Any significant deviations from the booked route or excess luggage may incur extra charges, to be agreed upon with the driver.

3.3. Payment: Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of the transfer. We accept payment in cash or by credit/debit card.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

4.1. Cancellation by You: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4.2. Modifications: Changes to your booking (e.g., time, address) can be made up to 12 hours before the pickup time, subject to availability. Please contact us directly to request any modifications.

4.3. Cancellation by Us: In the rare event that we have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and will endeavor to arrange an alternative transfer at no extra cost. If we cannot, we will have no liability to you.

5. Services

5.1. Waiting Time: For airport and train station pickups, we include up to 60 minutes of free waiting time from the moment your flight or train arrives. For all other pickups, 15 minutes of free waiting time is included.

5.2. Flight/Train Delays: We monitor flight and train arrival times. If your flight/train is delayed, your pickup time will be automatically adjusted. You must provide the correct flight/train number for this service.

5.3. Passenger Conduct: You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers in your party. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who is intoxicated or behaves in an abusive or disruptive manner. No refund will be provided in such cases.

5.4. Luggage: Please inform us of the correct amount of luggage at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse excess luggage that was not declared.

6. Liability

6.1. Our Liability: We are liable for damages resulting from our failure to exercise reasonable skill and care in providing the service. Our liability shall be limited to the cost of the booking.

6.2. Exclusions: We are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, or extreme weather conditions (force majeure).

6.3. Personal Belongings: Passengers are responsible for their own personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage to items left in our vehicles.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. You agree that the courts of Paris, France will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.
